Trial Lawyers College offers single topic Regional Seminars in seven (7) core subject areas:

• Psychodrama Skills for the Trial Lawyer
• Discovering the Story
• Voir Dire
• Opening Statement
• Direct Examination
• Cross Examination; and
• Closing Argument.

Not every topic is offered every year. We strongly encourage you to complete Psychodrama Skills for the Trial Lawyer before attending any of the other core subject programs. Psychodrama Skills for the Trial Lawyer is the foundation of the Trial Lawyers College Method. If you cannot attend Psychodrama Skills for the Trial Lawyer as your first program, then you must complete it no later than third in the series of the 7 core subject seminars.

Once you complete the 7 core subjects and attend a one-week Graduate Seminar at Thunderhead Ranch, you will be certified as a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College. You have five (5) years to complete the 7 core subjects which do not have to be taken in any order (with the exception of Psychodrama Skills for the Trial Lawyer which must be taken no later than third in the series of 7 core subjects). You must complete each of the 7 core subjects before attending the one-week Graduate Seminar at Thunderhead Ranch at the completion of which you will participate in a graduation ceremony.

If you pay for 3 core subjects in advance, you will receive a 15% discount off of the current tuition rate per program. If you choose to pay in advance for 3 core subjects, you must attend 3 core subject programs within 24 months of payment. (E.g., current tuition per program is $1,475 with the exception of the New York program which is $1,550. Tuition discounted by 15% (if you attend 3 $1,475 programs) is $1,253.75 per program for a total of $3,761.25. If you attend two $1,475 programs plus the New York program, the discounted tuition rate for these 3 programs is a total of $3,825.)

If you pay for all 7 core subjects plus the Graduate Seminar in advance, you will receive a 20% discount off of the current tuition rate per program. If you choose to pay in advance for 7 core subjects plus the Graduate Seminar, you must attend all 8 programs within 48 months of payment. (E.g., current tuition for 6 Regionals at $1,475 is $8,850 plus New York Regional at $1,550 plus Graduate Seminar I at $1,450 equals tuiton of $11,850 discounted by 20% ($2,370) means you only pay $9,480 for the entire 7 Core Subject program or $1,185 per program!)

If you choose the advance payment option, there will be no refunds of pre-paid tuition.
